Job Description
Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center has an immediate opening for a Receptionist to join our team. Were looking for a friendly organized and professional individual to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Manage a multiline phone system and direct calls appropriately
- Collect payments for repair orders and other transactions
- Assist with general office duties and maintain a clean safe environment
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 12 years of experience operating a multiline phone in a busy setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience in a Collision Center is preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
