Your next role as a Miracle Maker

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join ourManufacturingteam as a Temporary Equipment Maintenance Coordinator. As aTemporary Manufacturing Maintenance Coordinatoryou will providedaily support to equipment sustaining efforts in a high output. This role will be responsible for maintaining the calibration of instruments and equipment under ISO 9001:2015 as well as other external regulations. This role will also be responsible for coordinating equipment maintenance and moves to sustain equipment.

How you will make an impact:

  • Coordinating with onsite System Owners and offsite Service Providers for the calibration of instruments and equipment.
  • Managing the daytoday operation of the Calibration Program using Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
  • Verification that the calibration service provider has completed and correctly documented calibration activities
  • Submit and track purchase requests for calibration services and instruments.
  • Provide proper equipment status by tagging instruments and equipment and updating the CMMS as applicable.
  • Process work orders in Maintenance Management System regarding preventive maintenance calibration onboarding relocation and decommissioning
  • Navigate processes and procedures in GxP compliant environments
  • Collaborate with other groups crossfunctionally to manage support and achieve production goals
  • Perform other functions and duties as required

The skills and experience that you will bring:

  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree required. Completion of a BS Degree in a scientific discipline is beneficial.
  • 02 years of experience in a manufacturing setting Pharma / GMP Experience is a plus
  • Direct working knowledge of a CMMS preferably eMaint is preferred. Understanding QMS and ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills needed.
  • Ability to use PC with Microsoft Office products is required. (Outlook Excel Word etc.)
  • Ability to operate in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes in priority.
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to follow Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) and to recognize deviation from accepted practice.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and change priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $25.25 $32.00 per hour. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidates skills experience and other qualifications as well as the location of the role.
