TheOperations Dispatcher / Scheduler plays a key administrative role within the Operations Department at Barbier Security Group. This position is responsible for dispatching security personnel managing schedules and ensuring that all posts are staffed in accordance with client needs and company standards. The role is primarily deskbased but includes occasional field duties such as site visits and emergency response using a company vehicle.
