Requirements:
Candidates must qualify based on one of the following three as assigned by 245D which includes a combination of work experience and education.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent:
- four years of fulltime work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities (adults or children) or nursing/assisted living home experience
- BA/BS in Human Services or related field with 1 year of fulltime work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 years and older.
- Associate degree in Human Services or related field with 2 years of fulltime work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 years and older.
- Commitment to promoting diversity multiculturalism and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice internal selfawareness and reflection.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff coverage to meet the needs of the clients served.
- Coordinate completion of all household repairs and other upkeep.
- Support other Program Coordinators with on call duties as directed.
- Coordinate the activities of daily living including personal care hygiene and grooming.
- Provide direct cares to our clients and supervisory duties.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate health and medical needs for each client served.

Location Schedule & Pay:
- We have various locations across the Twin Cities metro with various schedules.
- This position is typically MondayFriday standard business hours.
- Designated House Coordinator The starting pay range for this role is $21.50 $23.50 per hour depending on up qualifications $1000 Hiring Bonus
- Program Coordinator The starting pay range for this role is $50000 to $53000 annually depending on up qualifications $1000Hiring Bonus
