About Rigil:
Location: Oklahoma City
- Requesting supplier accounts for all new employees.
- Establishing accounts in the Etravel System.
- Properly and timely input of travel authorizations for assigned classes.
- Proper and timely accrual payments in established timeframes.
- Provide briefings to travelers as required.
- Request and ensure travel as required.
- Understand applicable travel policy and apply to authorizations and vouchers as required.
- Provide customer service and follow up.
- Train incoming Accounting Clerks.
- H.S. Diploma and at least 1 year experience in accounting.
