Job Description
Overview:
To ensure the highest standards of guest service and care are maintained at all times within the Lounge & Bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the bar areas are correctly prepared for service.
- To serve all beverages to the required standards and to ensure such service is friendly and efficient.
- To be aware of all the duties relating to the role of bar person refer to the function details and ensure that such duties are carried out to the required standards.
- Assistant the Lounge and Terrace with food orders and ensure a smooth running of service.
- To have a good knowledge of the history services and facilities of the hotel and to ensure all members of staff have likewise.
- Efficient and satisfactory handling of customer complaints and avoidance of these complaints by maintaining consistent excellent attentive and timely customer service.
