Job Description
We are seeking a commercially sharp and clientfocused Commercial Lawyer (Associate level) to join our highperforming team at HHG Legal Group.
This fulltime (or close to fulltime) position is ideal for a legal professional with 5 years postrestricted practice experience looking to work on diverse highvalue commercial matters and contribute to a growing and awardwinning firm.
Youll work on a wide range of commercial matters including contract law and property matters business structuring securities insolvency private company M&A governance compliance estate planning and related matters advising private clients and other professionals across various industries.
About You
Minimum 5 years postrestricted practice experience in general commercial law practice
Confident managing complex commercial matters endtoend
Strong technical drafting and problemsolving skills
Exceptional communication and client relationship management
A proactive and professional approach to your work
Genuine interest in contributing to business development and firm culture
