Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and a passion for building relationships with clients. As a Commercial Lines Producer you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients providing exceptional customer service and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet clients unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Analyze clients current insurance policies and provide solutions that align with their risk management goals
- Present and negotiate insurance proposals to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Stay informed about industry trends regulations and changes in the insurance market
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales particularly in the commercial lines market
- Active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
- Strong understanding of various commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
- Strong network of potential clients and referral sources
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and delivering outstanding customer service
