As a Technical Product Manager in Employee Compute you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the endtoend product life cycle. In this role you will be responsible for leading the strategy delivery and continuous improvement of our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms across the enterprise.
You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground you guide the successful launch of products gather crucial feedback and ensure toptier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability resiliency and stability you collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Conducts market research and tracks industry developments to inform product vision and strategy
- Defines and manages the products business metrics including cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliability
- Manages vendor relationships related to software platforms and associated support services
- Demonstrates leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to positively influence and inspire technology teams and stakeholders
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical product management or a relevant domain area
- Direct handson experience with UEM technologies such as Omnissa Workspace ONE Microsoft Intune Jamf or similar
- Experience of managing mixed device environments including windows PCs macOS devices iOS/Android mobile devices and VDI endpoints
- Experience developing and managing BYOD and COBO device strategies
- Strong technical acumen to engage to engage with engineering teams on solution architecture and implementation
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
- Knowledge of mobile security concerns and best practices
- Strong experience in technology product management role within an enterprise environment
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed complex organization
- Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
