Job Description

What Youll Do:
- Apply engineering principles and technical expertise on projects both as part of a team and individually depending on the project.
- Design a variety of projects both alone and as part of a team with guidance
- Monitor schedule and adhere to a budget maintaining projects on time and within budget parameters
- Participate in networking events business development activities conferences and meetings as needed
- Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors by understanding the customers needs regular communication and delivering quality products
- Ensures documentation is accurate and updated as needed
- Plan and execute tests including posttest analysis and reporting
- Checks drawings for tolerances design intent
- Develops and maintains 3D models
- Perform technical problem resolution
- Coordinates project flow internally
- Conduct risk assessments
What You Bring:
- Ability to design manage and execute projects from concept to finished product
- Capability to develop budgets and complete projects within budget parameters
- Experience with Solid Edge Solid Works Product Data Management and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing engineering
- Ability to read and explain professional drawings
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of Geometric Tolerances
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional organization skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of Engineering Experience preferred
