WE ARE SEEKING APPLICATIONS FOR PROJECT ENGINEER
Education: BE./ in Civil Engineering
Experience: 48 years of relevant experience preferably in hospital/healthcare or institutional infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and materials
Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project / Primavera and MS Office
Knowledge of project estimation budgeting and costing
Job Description:
Lead and manage civil engineering works for new hospital buildings expansions and renovation projects.
Prepare and review project estimates BOQs and cost analysis for civil works.
Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor site execution to ensure quality safety and adherence to hospital infrastructure standards and local regulations.
Track project timelines budgets and resources; implement corrective actions when necessary.
Review and verify contractor bills material consumption and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospitalspecific requirements such as infection control medical utility integration etc.
Support statutory approvals and liaise with local authorities as needed.
Maintain proper documentation of all projectrelated activities including drawings contracts and reports.
