Job Overview
We are seeking a Team Member Manager for Quality Assurance Cell at Reliance New Energy responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes in solar manufacturing. This fulltime position is based in Jamnagar and aims to drive excellence in quality practices for the solar business. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in quality control and solar technologies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in quality control methodologies ensuring consistent quality standards across production practices.
- Expertise in process improvement techniques aimed at enhancing efficiency in solar cell manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding and experience in solar cell production processes including material sourcing and fabrication.
- Demonstrated ability to implement solar manufacturing techniques effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in solar PV systems with the ability to assess and evaluate photovoltaic processes and outputs.
- Strong analytical skills in quality analysis applying datadriven decisionmaking to optimize production quality.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving highquality standards and operational excellence.
- Must have experience with solar technology (Mandatory skill) capable of integrating solar innovations in quality assurance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance processes ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations in solar production.
- Lead initiatives for process improvement targeting enhanced performance and reduced waste in solar cell fabrication.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate quality practices in solar manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to maintain product excellence.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments addressing deviations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Supervise and mentor quality assurance team members fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Stay updated on advancements in solar technology and incorporate innovative quality practices.
- Prepare and present reports to management on quality performance and strategic roadmaps for quality enhancements.
