Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity imagination innovation change and development. Our Op Shops allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative enthusiastic and having fun.
Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences highlevel visual merchandising critical stock and space management achieving sales targets and celebrating Unitings culture.

In addition to your salary of $28.69 per hour super you can access the following:
You will have a passion for fashion charity retail or the creative a flair for visual merchandising and demonstrated experience in managing retail stores.
You will also have knowledge of brands and fashion trends and have the ability to develop mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
