How will you make an impact

Join Hostplus as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12month contract and make a difference by attracting top talent to our awardwinning fund supporting our mission to deliver a dignified retirement for our members.

The opportunity

As a brand ambassador youll lead endtoend recruitment constantly hunting for top talent. With exceptional networking and stakeholder management skills youll help create outcomefocused recruitment strategies.

This handson role demands resourceful thinking to attract top talent. By working closely with the business youll truly understand the scope of each role and the type of talent we need to drive great outcomes. We are looking for someone with the ability and skill set to quickly interpret the needs of a role beyond the position description ensuring we match the right talent to the right positions.

About you

We are seeking a professional with previous experience in a similar role who thrives on networking and engaging with people daily. This position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Its an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition from an agency to an inhouse role or to advance their career enhancing your skills with the support of a team dedicated to helping you grow within the recruitment field.
