Key Responsibilities:

CRM leads management analysis and followup
Partner Program quarterly results management analysis and followup
Distributors events: promo creation and followup checking lists of participants event feedback and improvements to increase sales and leads
Ajax events: leads qualification / tracking and participants followup
Follow up with clients postsale to ensure satisfaction resolve any issues and secure repeat business and referrals
Development of an incentive program for KA according to sales growth plan
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the companys solutions
Respond to inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads generated by other sales channels
Build and maintain relationships with customers understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
Keep accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the companys CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that arise
Provide regular updates to the management on performance and progress
Managing and maintaining a database of all sales data (orders payments forecasts performance BDMs call cycles)
Support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process including lead generation qualification and followup
Prepare proposals and other salesrelated materials
Coordinate sales events demonstrations and presentations
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques processes and efficiency to maximize productivity and results
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Goaloriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building and maintaining longterm customer relationships
Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems/ requests
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook) for creating documents spreadsheets and email communication.
Familiarity with CRM softwares to manage customer interactions track leads and generate reports
Selfmotivated resilient and adaptable to a fastpaced sales environment
