Your mission
We are seeking a customeroriented Office IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist (m/f/x) to join our team. Our goal is to advance Europes industry to compete in the age of AI. To lay the foundation we need you to ensure accessibility and availability of office infrastructure for our colleagues. As the first point of contact for our internal users you will play a crucial role in providing excellent IT support troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a smooth and efficient IT environment. If you have a passion for customer service strong technical knowledge and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment this position is for you. Your daytoday will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all ITrelated inquiries requests and incidents from employees and providing technical support troubleshooting hardware software and networkrelated issues
- Installation configuration and maintenance of enduser devices such as desktops laptops and mobile devices.
- Building automation of the internal processes and workflows
- Prioritizing and managing support requests ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when needed
- Administration of user accounts access rights and permissions in accordance with company policies.
- Collaboration with IT and AI teams to resolve complex technical problems and participate in ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation for support processes including knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Conduct technology training sessions for employees to enhance their technical skills and promote selfservice options.
Your profile
- You successfully finished your apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker or hold a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- You have experience in IT support preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems as well as proficiency in supporting Google Workspace and other common software applications.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 EntraID SharePoint and Teams. Being able to configure manage and perform administrative tasks.
- Automate everything mindset and curiosity to dive deep and set up automation opportunities. Experience in PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with one cloud compute platform.
- Basic knowledge of Python/bash scripting.
- Conversational German or better.
