The Opportunity
As COO youll play a key leadership role in translating our strategic vision into operational reality. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team you will lead companywide operations with a focus on scalable systems efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational functions to delivery business strategy and scale effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems tools and processes to reduce costs and enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Build and lead highperforming operational teams.
- Ensure our technology and infrastructure support current needs and future growth.
- Monitor performance using datadriven insights.
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and innovation across teams.
- Champion customercentric operations ensuring our clients receive bestinclass support and implementation.
- Stay ahead of trends in SaaS EdTech and AI to bring innovative practices to aXcelerate.
What youll bring
- Proven experience as a COO or equivalent executive role ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep understanding of SaaS operations customer lifecycle and subscription models.
- Strong experience building scalable systems for growth both locally and internationally.
- Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional teams and aligning technical and business operations.
- Expertise in customer success strategy and operational optimisation.
- Strategic thinker with a datadriven approach and strong commercial acumen.
- Experience with AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Australias VET sector and corporate training (desirable).
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Engineering or a related field a relevant Masters degree (e.g. MBA) is desirable
