Trilogy Financial is seeking a motivated Service Center intern who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fastpaced realworld environment. The intern will assist in conducting research analyzing data and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in business and financial planning.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Audit and update records in Salesforce
  • Connect with advisors or office coordinators in regard to record cleanup
  • Contact existing clients or search public records to update existing client records
  • Execute large mailings
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Business Administration or related major
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
