Talent Acquisition Specialist
Were looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our strong Human Resources team. This position is responsible for managing the fullcycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across the organization. A positive candidate experience starts with this critical role by building a strong employer brand and partnering with hiring managers to strategically meet staffing needs. This is a remote position candidate may work from a home office in Minnesota Wisconsin or Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in the development implementation and management of the credit union fullcycle recruitment process and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws regulations affirmative action guidelines and credit union policies.
- Screen resumes participate in interviews partner in offer process and ensure completion of preemployment requirements.
- Conduct new hire orientation and collaborate with leaders across the organization to create engaging new hire orientation sessions.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding budget.
- Participate in local job fairs and other networking events.
- Create and analyze recruitment related reports and metrics.
- Educate managers on a variety of topics related to recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2 or more years of experience or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Proven success in sourcing and evaluating candidate qualifications and organizational fit
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer serviceoriented approach to conducting business
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience and familiarity working with affirmative action guidelines related to hiring and preemployment
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite products specifically Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
Schedule
- Monday Friday 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
Wage & Hour Details
- Fulltime
- This position is exempt
- Starting pay range: $65000/yr $75000/yr pay commensurate with experience
