The Facilities Service Level I is responsible for scheduling and completing facilities work orders. Ability to problem solve and make repairs as need. Participate in projects as assigned by the Director of Facilities and Construction. Work collaboratively with team members and employees at various locations.
This is a fulltime position working 8:00 am 4:30 pm Monday Friday willingness to work nights and weekends when needed and will work and travel to all TCO locations.

Essential Functions:
- Coordinate the scheduling and tracking of work orders
- Make repairs and or changes to complete work orders in a timely manner
- Participate in facilities and construction meetings
- Participate in construction and maintenance projects as assigned
- Must be able to work independently and be dependable and punctual
- Work with various vendors to resolve facilities related issues
- Administer site inspection as needed
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Pays close attention to detail and completes work accurately and efficiently
- Organized and a good problemsolver
- Experience with hardware hand tools and power tools
- Afterhours nights and weekend work required
- Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the year
- Any and all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Basic understanding of carpentry drywall painting electrical plumbing HVAC systems etc.
