Job Description
One of our top clients in the Philadelphia area is looking to bring on a skilled Ink Technician for their inhouse ink department. Top responsibilities would consist of maintaining & mixing inks then preparing to label and stage and having the ability to color match. They are looking for a self motivated individual capable of hitting the ground running.
Start on 1st shift 812 weeks 10am6pm then move to 2nd 12pm8pm
*Use the computer to charge materials to each job
*Return unused material to inventory
*Maintain daily housekeeping duties
*Maintain weekly ink inventory
*Stock ink deliveries
*Review the production schedule
*Mix and label ink per the 24 hour schedule
*Stage ink for production
*Color matching MUST have good color perception
*Troubleshoot ink performance issues
OFFSET EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS
*Experience in maintaining and mixing inks is recommended
*Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent OR successful completion of an apprenticeship OR three years of job related experience to be proficient in all phases of the work.
*Must have basic math communication and mechanical skills
*Must be capable of managing multiple tasks
*Must be able to perform tasks on the computer
