Job Description
What you will get to do:
- Order parts by entering purchase orders and sending them to vendors
- Track the status of parts and job orders
- Manage inventory and order stock parts as needed
- Maintain tracking of shipments and delivery timelines
- Support purchasing and inventory control functions
What will make you successful:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- QuickBooks experience is helpful
- Strong time management abilities
- Problemsolving skills and proactive communication
- General computer skills and comfort using inventory/order software
- 23 years of experience in inventory purchase orders or related areas
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to thrive in a small closeknit and friendly team environment
