Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this highly collaborative role youll partner closely with our Product and Business teams to deliver insightful data analyses actionable business forecasts and strategic support for partnership initiatives. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in shaping decisionmaking optimizing product performance and guiding business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze quantitative data to understand user behavior and make recommendations on business & product decisions.
Collaborate with Product Business Engineering and Data teams to understand data requirements identify opportunities and translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
Perform indepth analysis using BI tools and statistical methods to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance customer trends and product metrics.
Conduct business forecasting and predictive analyses to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
Participate in partnership discussions providing datadriven insights and strategic recommendations to support negotiations and relationship management.
Continually refine analytical methods and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related analytical field.
5 years of relevant experience in data analysis business intelligence or related roles.
Proficiency with BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker) SQL and Excel.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g. Snowflake).
Strong analytical and statistical skills including experience with forecasting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex data insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with Product Business and external partners.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a fastpaced tech or SaaS environment.
Experience in the Financial Services Industry is strongly preferred
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
