You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis position is responsible for Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on communitybased initiatives such as In Lieu of Services (ILOS) and Community Reinvestment to internal and external partners. Developing and providing guidance and support directly to the Medicaid Health Plans and community partners as needed. Analyzing any required reporting submissions by the MHPs and working through any relevant updates and guidance related to the reports. Conducting research related to federal rules and guidance for communitybased initiatives and how they may impact the CHCP and HKD programs. Communicating and participating in workgroups with other states to discuss challenges barriers and best practices related to these changes. Develop any related tools templates communications and relevant contract language related to communitybased initiatives and requirements.
Education
Possession of a bachelors degree in any major
Experience
Departmental Specialist 13
Four years of professional experience including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
The physical location of this position is 400 S. Pine Street with remote options available. Based on operational needs and within established limits remote work and alternate or hybrid work schedule requests for this position may be considered.
Selected candidates who have been approved to work remotely or a hybrid schedule must complete that work within Michigan. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.
