About the role:

As the Insurance Market Sales Leader you will be responsible for all daily operations driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within your assigned territory. You will lead a team of talented sales and service professionals fostering their development and ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mentor and provide coaching to a team of sales and service representatives offering consistent guidance comprehensive training and constructive performance feedback.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with pivotal clients brokers and partners strategically elevating the companys visibility and influence in the market.
  • Analyze and interpret sales data generating meticulous reports and insightful observations to drive informed decisionmaking and refine strategic approaches.
  • Ensure seamless execution of NavSavs established processes and protocols aligning consistently with leadership directives.
  • Collaborate with the NavSav HR team and local sourcing to strengthen recruitment endeavors within designated market areas.
  • Attain designated KPIs through the achievement of predefined production retention and overarching revenue growth targets.
  • Oversee daytoday operations including meticulous tracking of timecards managing paid time off requests and supervising employee responsibilities.
  • Other tasks as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • General Lines Property and Casualty license
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership within the insurance industry with 5 years of experience minimum.
  • Commercial Lines Experience is a huge plus
  • Indepth knowledge of insurance products Florida industry regulations and market dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a highperforming sales team in a very fastpaced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
