As an Operations Authority in Collateral Management at Euroclear Bank you will lead transformative projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role is based in the vibrant city of Krakw Poland and offers an outstanding chance to contribute to the stability of global capital markets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Possesses extensive experience in collateral management business processes. Represents operations in key initiatives and serves as a key advisor on significant business or operational decisions.
- Quickly assimilates new processes and challenges existing ones.
- Tackles assesses and refines intricate policies and procedures with a suitable risk approach.
- Assist in developing and mentoring the team.
- Take initiative to further increase knowledge and expertise.
- Engages in client meetings site visits and external conferences.
- Is responsible to identify and lead important operational changes covering clients operations or business projects from a strategy quality costs or risk viewpoint.
- Emphasizes the development of new or improved procedures and the translation of policy into operational plans.
- Responsible for delivering projects with significant impact on their area and may contribute to roadmap projects representing operations.
- Understands how actions and decisions affect business results related business risks and impact on other business areas.
- Uses judgment in decisionmaking and recommendations. Assesses whether procedures align with the business services strategy.
- Works autonomously in areas of high complexity or risk managing continuous change.
- Anticipates future structural business needs.
- Communicates negotiates with and influences various internal and external collaborators (product network commercial IT ...) including senior business colleagues.
- Maintains a close collaboration with project contributors and colleagues in Brussels and Hong Kong office.
- Responsible for meeting project objectives within quality time budget targets and for managing associated risks.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in collateral management business processes is a must.
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills with the capability to establish good relationships with collaborators customers partners and team members.
- Critical mindset with the ability to manage uncertainty and continuously changing scope and requirements.
- Welldeveloped organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to challenge to take a step back and build your own opinion demonstrating outofthebox thinking.
- Initiative taker with the ability to federate people and make things happen.
- A proven past experience in business analysis project and change management is a plus.
