Salary:62479 per annum
Permanent 35 hours per week Monday Friday 9am to 5pm.

About the role
As a Financial Planning Manager youll play a crucial role in shaping Accents financial future. Your work will focus on the development and management of our 30year business plan leveraging BRIXX modelling software to deliver precise forecasting and scenario planning. Through your dedication to strategic financial planning youll help us make informed decisions that align with longterm growth and resilience objectives. By working collaboratively with various teams youll ensure cashflow forecasting and treasury management are continually refined to support Accents liquidity strategy. With a future focussed mindset youll maintain an acute awareness of market trends and sectorspecific insights providing Accent with the foresight to navigate risks and capitalise on opportunities ultimately contributing to our mission of building better futures.

Salary
The spot salary for the Financial Planning Manager post is 62479 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
Were looking for a fully qualified accountant with expertise in BRIXX software especially for longterm financial forecasting and modelling. If you have advanced spreadsheet modelling skills and IT literacy to support analytical functions we want to hear from you! Proven treasury management experience within a complex preferably regulated environment is essential. Were seeking an analytical mind with strong capabilities in trend analysis and risk management. Your knowledge of cashflow management and current accounting standards relevant to housing associations will be highly valued.
Financial Planning Manager Interviews
1st stage interview will take place on 20th May via Teams.
2nd stage interviews will take place on 28th May location to be confirmed. Second stage interviews will involve a presentation and interview. Candidates will be asked to complete a Congruity questionnaire in advance.
