Senior Nursery Room Leader
Salary: 30000
Hours: 40 hours per week

What Theyre Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery or childcare setting
- A passion for child development and inclusive early education
- Strong communication organisation and teamwork skills
- A nurturing positive approach and a cando attitude
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of early years practitioners within your room supporting their development and wellbeing
- Plan and deliver engaging ageappropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
- Build strong nurturing relationships with children families and colleagues
- Maintain a safe clean and welcoming space for children to explore and learn
- Monitor childrens development and contribute to planning and assessments
- Champion the nurserys values and contribute to its outstanding reputation
