We currently have a Community Support Worker role available in North East Lincolnshire (Grimsby & Cleethorpes). This is a parttime role 20 hours per week with the salary of 24672.38 per annum (pro rata).
Your role:
Youll be supporting people to be more independent to build local connections and friendships and improve their wellbeing. Every individual is unique youll help them imagine what a good life looks like then youll work with them to make it happen.
Basically youll be giving people the confidence skills and support they need to live the life they want to lead.
Youll be out and about meeting people in the community or their home.
