Job Description
Federated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Service and Maintenance Advisor on a permanent basis on our Facilities Design and Development team.
This position is a hybrid opportunity andcan be based in either Regina or Saskatoon SK.
Were looking for a technically skilled problemsolver with strong communication and leadership abilities to support and optimize operations at our petroleum facilities including Gas Bars Cardlocks Convenience Stores and Carwashes. What youll do:
- Participate in the development of maintenance programs for retail locations across western Canada.
- Deliver technical support for retail sites troubleshoot urgent issues and coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure maximum site uptime and costeffective resolutions.
- Provide technical guidance to service contractors across all regions to ensure safe and efficient completion of repairs and accurate invoicing.
- Coordinate and support the procurement shipment installation and configuration of replacement parts related to repairs and preventative maintenance at Carwashes Gas bars Cardlocks and Bulk facilities.
- Assist with maintenance review and assignment of equipment and parts inventory to ensure availability and support the order desk process directly and indirectly on a daytoday basis.
- Provide technical training to local CoopsManage the maintenance for corporate cardlocks
- Travel up to 25%.

The Team:You will work closely with our Facilities Design and Development Engineering Project Teams Building Operators and Service Contractorsandwill report to the Manager Service and Maintenance.

- Have 69 years of relevant progressively responsible experience.
- Have a Twoyear diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Wayne Certification Petrovend Certification and Veeder Root Certification is required.
