Oversee the delivery of Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Lifestyle Support services in the Toowoomba area. Lead a team of Disability Support Workers to ensure that the people we support are receiving highquality care to live their best lives.
This is a Permanent FullTime position for a candidate based in the Toowoomba area. You will utilise your local Toowoomba connections and knowledge to support the growth of our disability services in this region. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fastpaced agile environment and will be proactive and motivated to make a difference in their local Toowoomba community. This is a hybrid opportunity where you can work some of your days each week from home with an oncall component and occasional shift work.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and an NDIS Workers Screening Check.
