Position Title: Marketing Office Coordinator Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour Position Purpose: Performs a variety of lead administrative and office duties in support of the Marketing and Sponsorship Department. This is a temporary seasonal position not to exceed 122 days. - Assists in the planning execution and monitoring of marketing programs and events.
- Maintains and tracks inventory of promotional items print collateral and equipment.
- Fulfills inter department requests for promotional items and equipment.
- Performs computer data input and generates reports as requested.
- Assists with promotional events and serves as an ambassador for the OC Fair.

- 13 years of clerical and/or administrative office experience required
- Excellent computer skills and demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel
- Ability to successfully handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Highly detailed oriented
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills required.
- Ability to work outside the normal business day/week as demanded by events and programs.
Preferences: - Previous clerical and/or administrative office experience
- Valid Driver License
