We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Junior Consultant with a strong analytical background to help shape client strategies in revenue growth and customer analytics. If you have a passion for applying your STEM skills to solve complex business challenges and want to be part of a team that integrates strategy and datadriven insights this is the perfect role for you.You will work on strategic initiatives to enhance revenue growth optimize customer
journeys and use data to inform decisionmaking processes. This role requires both analytical expertise and a strategic mindset to drive impactful change for clients.
- Support in the development and implementation of revenue growth strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Leverage customer analytics and market data to guide strategic decisions and improve business performance.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends opportunities and actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Work alongside senior consultants to define and implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving client performance.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make databacked recommendations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate customer analytics and business strategy.
- Assist in the creation of pricing models revenue forecasting and commercial strategies for clients.
- Use data visualization and statistical methods to generate insights and recommend strategic actions.
- Help clients harness the power of data and analytics to drive business transformation focusing on revenue and customer optimization.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Mathematics Economics Computer
Science or a related STEM discipline.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience using data
analysis and statistical tools (e.g. SQL Python R Excel).
Interest or experience in growth revenue customer analytics and strategic
business consulting.
Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex business
challenges.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical
concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
A proactive teamoriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and
development.
Familiarity with business strategy frameworks and an eagerness to apply
analytical insights to strategic decisionmaking.
Curiosity creativity and a willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in English both written and spoken is required
