Job Summary:
The PartTime Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for general maintenance and repair tasks within our Coworking offices. This includes mounting shelves/artwork and TVs patching and painting walls light repairs and other tasks to support the upkeep and functionality of the space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Mount and install office items (whiteboards TVs shelves signage etc.)
  • Patch and paint drywall and walls as needed
  • Perform minor repairs (e.g. furniture fixes door adjustments)
  • Assemble furniture and assist with office reconfigurations
  • Respond to adhoc maintenance requests from staff and members
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment during and after tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general handyman work or property maintenance
  • Strong skills in mounting patching and painting
  • Ability to use basic power tools and hand tools safely
  • Reliable punctual and detailoriented
  • Ability to lift and move lighttomedium weight items
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Work Schedule:

  • Approximately 1015 hours per week
  • Flexible hours with occasional availability for urgent requests
