What does this role involve
As team leader car seats at Dorel Juvenile you will do more than just lead a team you will shape the direction of an entire product category. You will lead the car seat product team and make sure everything you do lines up with the bigger product vision. Together you will build a strong portfolio manage the full Product Life Cycle and keep a sharp focus on performance across D2C Amazon and retail.
You will dive into data spot trends and turn insights into action. Whether it is tweaking performance on Amazon refining the D2C approach or gearing up for a new launch: you know what works and how to make it happen. You will work closely with smart minds from sales marketing trade marketing and R&D or external partners. Together you will finetune strategies define and execute strong gotomarket plans and make sure bold innovations like Slide Tech get the spotlight they deserve.

This is a fulltime position with flexibility to work 3240 hours per week.
You will receive a gross annual salary ranging from 70000 to 90000 (based on 40 hours and your experience and performance).
You will enjoy a competitive pension scheme bonus structure and 28 vacation days.
Frequent travel within Europe and to China visiting retail locations and suppliers.

What do you bring
A strong background in sales and marketing with a focus on product performance and D2C channels. Including the ability to manage the full product portfolio and maximize performance.
Experience in managing product life cycles and overseeing product development from concept to launch.
Proficient in manipulating and analyzing data to inform strategy and decisionmaking.
Assertive and capable of driving a team toward achieving set goals while maintaining a handson approach. You can lead and influence both internal teams and external suppliers through strong interpersonal skills and charisma.
Open to change comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with frequent shifts in direction. Lastly you are proactive solutionoriented and willing to take the initiative.
