Location: Porto (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Fixedterm contract (6 months) potential for extension or permanent placement
Industry: Outsourcing/BPO Travel & Tourism
Languages: German (C2) & English (B2)
Compensation: Base salary performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
Support travel agents and clients with postbooking and booking management
Provide accurate info on destinations pricing documentation and boats
Crosssell and upsell products based on customer needs
Maintain service standards and ensure smooth professional communication
Requirements
Native/Fluent in German (C2) with good English (B2)
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferably in travel/hospitality
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Detailoriented with a problemsolving attitude
Experience in upselling and using booking systems is a plus
Available for rotational shifts (MonFri 08:0018:00 SatSun 08:0017:00)
