About the client:
We are seeking a Production Planner to join one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model.
Your Mission
The purpose of this role is to be part of the production planning team for internal manufacturing working in collaboration with the supply planning specialist to ensure an efficient and optimal scheduling plan during the threemonth fixed demand period.
Your Major Accountabilities
- Open orders confirmation for international business and intercompany according to supply and demand plan agreed on a weekly basis.
- Creation of finished product manufacturing orders.
- Creation of bulk manufacturing orders considering validated quantities (bulk distribution).
- Manage shortterm production scheduling.
- Update SAP Material Master (intermediate and finished product).
- Update Ortems Material Master (code matrices and format changes).
- Review blocked stocks. Follow up destruction requests.
- Manage change materials tasks.
We Would Like You To Have
- Supply Chain / Distribution experience (Logistic / Planning).
- Material planning for components experience.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency analytical thinking with a high degree of initiative and problemsolving skills. Able to work independently.
- More 2 years of experience in Production planning or raw material planning.
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges. Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Specific Knowledge: SAP & Pack Office
