Job Description
We are seeking a Surgical Technologist for a 13weeks travel/contract assignment in Cambridge MA 02138.
Job Details:
- Shift: Rotating
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2080 $2280
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure surgical instruments are sterile and organized.
- Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons registered nurses or other surgical personnel.
- Pass instruments and other sterile supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants.
- Help prepare patients for surgery by washing shaving and disinfecting incision sites.
- Clean and restock operating rooms after surgery.
- Participate in the oncall rotation including potential night and weekend shifts.
- Float between Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals as needed.
Requirements:

Certification:

NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Certification Required

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification Required

Experience:

1 year of OR experience preferred
-
1 2 years of recent surgical technologist experience.
