Were Hiring: Pega Team Lead Pune India
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pega Team Lead to join our team in Pune India. In this role you ll be leading and mentoring a talented team of Pega professionals while driving successful delivery through effective release management and coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Release Train Engineer and be a key player in ensuring the timely and highquality delivery of Pega projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Pega developers architects and business analysts.
- Conduct code reviews performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
- Facilitate team ceremonies and foster a motivated and collaborative environment.
- Resolve crossteam dependencies and impediments to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and communicate program progress risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and development efforts.
- Implement and promote LeanAgile principles across teams.
- Manage Jira and Confluence for effective project and release management.
- Assist architects in creating roadmaps and resolving roadblocks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex Pega projects.
- Strong knowledge of Pega Platform CDH and related technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and release management.
- Pega certification (CSA CPBA) and SAFe certification (SAFe RTE SAFe Agilist) are highly preferred.
- Expertise in administering Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
