Overview
The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that various projects are managed effectively and completed on time and within budget. Based in Mumbai this position demands a highly organized individual who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of efficiency and communication with project stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for tracking project progress coordinating resources and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project objectives. As an integral part of the project management team the Project Coordinator will liaise between various departments and assist in problemsolving to keep the project on track. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business administration project management or related field.
- 13 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Trello).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of budget management principles.
- Experience in risk management and problemsolving.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project demands.
- Knowledge of industryspecific best practices.
- Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP CAPM) is a plus.
