Key Responsibilities
1. Project Tracking & Monitoring
- Oversee realtime tracking of all ongoing projects across verticals.
- Collaborate with HODs to gather accurate progress updates and ensure timely data entry.
- Monitor project timelines ensuring adherence to deadlines and alerting stakeholders about deviations.
2. Data Management & Reporting
- Create maintain and update project trackers dashboards and MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize Excel ATS and other software tools to generate detailed performance and progress reports.
- Ensure data accuracy completeness and easy accessibility at all times.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for projectrelated data and queries.
- Share regular updates and reports with stakeholders ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to bridge communication gaps and facilitate seamless information sharing.
4. Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify gaps in the current project tracking and reporting processes and suggest enhancements.
- Develop and implement automation systems to minimize errors manipulation or reporting delays.
- Foster crossteam collaboration to improve coordination and productivity.
5. Client Coordination & Communication
- Ensure clients receive timely and accurate updates on project progress.
- Address client queries regarding project timelines deliverables and status reports with confidence.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering BCA Business Administration Operations or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in MIS project tracking or operations roles preferably within the architecture design or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables macros VLOOKUP) ATS and other reporting tools.
