JD for the Customer Service in Bangalore 2 Positions
a) 6 8 years of experience in Client Servicing / Key Account Management / Operations
b) Should have Good Communication Skills Good Interpersonal skills Customer Focus Ability to Handle Pressure Situations
c) Should have experience in working closely with Decision Makers / Influencers at the Customer End
d) Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features / Services launched
e) Seek process and execute client requests and product orders
f) Maintain trackers reports for client interaction product/ service usage etc
g) Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
h) Prior Experience of working in the signage industry Graphics and signage industry Furniture Lighting etc also well connected to Architects PMCs and Direct Clients
