Summary:
Join a nationally respected complex litigation team focused on highstakes insurance fraud and recovery actions. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate with 2 years of experience to work on matters involving civil fraud insurance coverage disputes and racketeering claims. While direct experience with RICO bad faith or whistleblower litigation is a plus strong litigators with the ability to learn and adapt are encouraged to apply. You ll play a key role in developing case strategy conducting investigations and driving civil enforcement against fraudulent actors.
What You ll Do:
- Manage complex civil matters involving insurance fraud RICO litigation and civil recovery actions
- Conduct examinations under oath (EUO) depositions and written discovery
- Investigate fraudulent claims and draft detailed coverage analyses and opinions
- Support litigation strategies through legal research motion work and forensic review
- Collaborate with experienced litigators on enforcement and recovery actions
Experience You ll Need:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice in California
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
- Exposure to or strong interest in insurance coverage bad faith or civil fraud litigation (training available)
- Excellent writing research and strategic communication skills
- Strong time management and case organization ability
