What you will be doing: Supervisor Nursing SICU Nights
- Provide an optimal environment and assist in overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel.
- Ensure high quality patient care in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU).
- Plan organize control and coordinate department activities.
- Adhere to the ANA Nursing Administration: Scope and Standards of Practice.
Experience you will need: Supervisor Nursing SICU Nights
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
- California Registered Nurse License.
- 2 years of recent ICU experience in an acute care or hospital setting.
- ICU Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: one professional certification in related area.
- Preferred: Masters Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred: Leadership experience.
