You ll act as a luxury matchmaker and service lead not a wedding planner but the point of connection between couple and curated vendor. You ll coordinate bookings facilitate communication and deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.
This is a revenue sharebased opportunity. You ll earn a share of vendor commissions or service fees for each successful match or booking you facilitate. It s perfect for entrepreneurial operators who thrive on relationships autonomy and the joy of helping couples bring their dream day to life.
WHAT YOU LL DO
Manage the full journey for couples from first enquiry to vendor introductions and bookings
Curate the best vendor matches across venues styling florals planning and more
Use Wedded Wonderland s CRM and tools to track couples leads bookings and outcomes
Onboard new vendors into our network when needed to ensure perfectfit recommendations
Coordinate all communication between couples and vendors with professionalism and warmth
Deliver a consistent elevated luxury experience aligned with our global brand
Earn a share of the revenue from successful vendor bookings you manage
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT
Experience in luxury events hospitality sales or account/client management
Emotionally intelligent polished communicator who can build trust with couples and vendors alike
Processoriented yet creative balancing service excellence with booking outcomes
Familiar with CRMs digital booking tools and comfortable managing multiple clients
Independent and entrepreneurial you own your outcomes and love doing meaningful work
Passionate about weddings experiences and delivering joy without stress
REVENUE MODEL
This is a commissionbased partnership
You ll earn a share of the vendor booking fees or commissions for matches you facilitate
Unlimited earning potential based on volume and quality of client relationships
Full Time
