Position Summary
The Baker 2 Team Member is an intermediatelevel position on the Bake team with increased experience skills and responsibilities of a Baker 1. The Bake teams goal is to bake and produce all inclusions and variegates for the finished ice cream. The Baker 2 Team Member contributes to production by producing quality inclusions variegates and moms for our ice cream by following recipes and the daily production schedule. This position requires attention to detail a strong commitment to food safety and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced food manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Joining Our Team
Qualifications:
1 years working in commercial food preparation manufacturing production or warehouse environment.
6 months baking experience.
Knowledge of pertinent local federal and state health and safety laws and regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge and Critical Skills:
Fluency in English.
Good counting and math skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.
Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility with other teams.
Ability to uphold a high standard of service efficiency sanitation and safety.
Possess general knowledge of pastry skills and candy making.
Comfortable with operating a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment.

We are actively embracing pay transparency by disclosing the hiring wage for this role as $19.55$20.86 highlighting its full earning potential within the broader range of $19.55$23.90.
