The Sr. Associate is an onsite clientfacing role that supports Point B by leading midsized business and technical projects that help our clients solve their business challenges. The Sr. Associate advises clients and implements solutions by combining project management fundamentals with an ability to engage and manage client stakeholders resolve issues and drive projects to successful completion
WHAT YOULL GET TO DO:
Advises clients and implements solutions by combining project management fundamentals with an ability to engage and manage client stakeholders resolve issues and drive projects to successful completion.
Develops and manages project structures schedules budgets resource plans etc.
Identifies potential risks develops mitigation strategies and recommends key decisions for projects.
Prepares reviews understands and maintains complex project documentation.
Effectively leads meetings and drives discussions to necessary resolution to keep the project moving forward.
Provides oversight for the quality of workstreams and/or components of the project ensuring that all deliverables meet the firms quality standards and client requirements.
Identifies potential Point B opportunities and makes introductions to appropriate contacts.
Grows network through exceptional client service delivery and maintains relationships to support Point B business development
Coaches and mentors Point B associates and clients in developing new skills and growing their careers.
Leverages individual strengths and abilities to get the work done.
Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B values.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOUVE ALREADY DONE:
B.A. or B.S. required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work onsite as requested.
Ability to work remotely.
Ability to travel up to 80%
Ability to work nonstandard work hours as necessary
THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR:
MBA desired
PM experience leading midsized projects.
Crossindustry experience highly desired or deep experience in a strategic industry
Consulting experience desired customerfacing experience required.
Experience coaching or advising others on PM activities.
Experience with technology systems implementation PMO operations or process improvement desired.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $78300$156000 USD per salary range is provided as required by local and state law as salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography skills education experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point Bs discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
