Project Manager Global Client Experience
This is a contract position.
This is an onsite opportunity located in New York NY.
About this Position
Are you an experienced project manager ready to lead global initiatives Join a fastpaced collaborative environment and help drive client experience efforts across multiple workstreams. Work directly with senior leaders and influence process improvement and project delivery within a dynamic global team.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and track project deliverables to ensure ontime inscope completion
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Engage with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and quality of work
Align timelines and workflows with the program manager
Provide regular dashboards and status reports tracking risks roadblocks and team performance
Job Skills/Requirements
Strong project management experience (7 years preferred) in a global dynamic environment
Excellent communication stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Organized and detailoriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Experience with performance tracking and datadriven reporting
PMP Agile or similar certification is a plus
Experience in financial services is a plus

Pay Range:
Pay Range: $55 $60/hr
