AECOM is seeking a motivated and experienced New Mexico Traffic Engineering State Manager (Hybrid) for immediate placement in our Albuquerque or Santa Fe New Mexico office to lead our traffic/ITS engineering services. This is or could be a hybrid role providing the flexibility to work from home a few days a week.
This position will work closely with local leadership to grow an existing traffic/ITS team to service a variety of clients based in New Mexico. Responsibilities include development of traffic/ITS business management of projects recruiting staff development client relationships and coordination with peers in AECOMs surface transportation business line. Our team works with local and national clients to provide solutions to their transportation needs. Typical projects will vary but may include development of ITS planning traffic planning and analysis signal/lighting design and MOT. The successful candidate will be able to lead both planning/analysis and plan sheets specifications and estimates (PS&E) development for projects across the state and around the region.

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and minimum of 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience
