Job Description
Vehicle Sales Executive Umhlanga KwaZulu Natal
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience within an automotive dealership environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of vehicle features specifications and financing options
- Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive energetic attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle presentations test drives and explain product features
- Negotiate pricing finance and tradein offers in a professional manner
- Follow up with leads and maintain contact with past and potential customers
- Stay up to date with product knowledge promotions and market trends
- Process necessary documentation for sales and finance agreements
- Work closely with other departments (e.g. finance admin service) to ensure a smooth sales process
